LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball professional who is a player with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. King James has been widely considered to be the greatest of all time players in basketball. Michael Jordan is usually compared in discussions about who is the best player. James has been the recipient of four NBA Championships as well as the four NBA MVP Awards as well as the four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He is also the proud owner of the distinction of having two Olympic Gold medals. James is the player with the most points in the playoffs the second most career points and has the seventh most ever assists. Alongside being an NBA All-Star, James was selected to an NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever before, with eight of them in succession from 2011 to 2018. In 2018 he was also selected to join the team for NBA's 75th anniversary. James was selected for part of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. In 2022, he became one of the few NBA player to score 10,000 points in his career. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High in Akron Ohio, where he lived his entire life. The national media praised him as a potential NBA superstar. To prepare for the pro game his dream, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the top pick in the NBA draft of 2003. He was voted one of the NBA most promising rookie in the 2004. He soon became one of the premier players in the NBA, winning an NBA MVP Award in as of 2009 and in 2010. James failed to win the award with Cleveland, and departed the city as"a "free agent" in 2010. The decision was announced in the TV special The Decision.
